Traditional Food

1.Siomay

Siomay made of Fish Mackerel and How to make it was steamed in. Siomay served with peanaut sauce, Ketchup and Sauce.

2.Karedok 

Karedok made from raw vegetable. example vegetable in karedok are : string beans, eggplants,Cabbage, bean Sprouts, cucumber and basil leaves and The Seasoning are:   kaempferia galanga, garlicfried peanuts, tamarind juice, sugar, salt, red chili and shrimpaste. 

























3.Cumi hideung


hideung in English Language is Black. The main ingredient of squid hideung. Hideung/black because The squid cooked using the ink of squid. 



















4.Surabi 

Surabi like pancake but surabi cooked  with burnt on top of the stove. Surabi can add topings, the topings are : Chocolate, Cheese, banana and many more. Surabi have sauce is kinca .



















5.Seblak

made from boiled crackers  with spicy seasoning. There are types of Seblak : Wet Seblak and dry seblak.
